Dr. Tiwari will speak about PUSH at COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.

Faculty member Sarah Green and KETL Fellow Dr. Shardul Tiwari are headed to the United Nations Climate Summit, along with about 10 other Michigan Technological University students from across campus.

Dr. Green has a long history of scientific work, advising the United Nations environmental programs. She has mentored students in the Youth Environmental Alliance in Higher Education (YEAH).

On November 14 and 17, as part of YEAH events, Dr. Tiwari will present on KETL's PUSH work, with particular emphasis on economics and local development issues understood through the lens of justice.
